We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for shipping. If you choose PO Box we will use USPS, since FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. You can easily check the shipping and handling cost on our site by seeing our chart below.
International Order including Puerto Rico, Canada, Burmuda, France, United Kingdom, and other countries, email info@bestweddingfavors.com for shipping and handling quote before placing order
International order please read: We are not responsible for custom or duty fee that may require. Your shipping & handling cost will be used for shipping from United States to your country only. We suggest check with your custom for more information before placing order
We pack very carefully, but if your product is damaged, contact us within 3 days and we will refund/replace favor
Items can be exchanged or returned within 15 days after receipt of items (re-shipping cost may be charged).
All Clearance Items are Non-Refundable and Final.
Returned Items subject to a 20% restocking fee and items should be returned in the same condition within 15 days after receipt of items, if later than 15 days, package will automatically be returned to sender and no refund will be issued
We will give refunds the same way that they were purchased (ex. if purchased by credit card refund will be applied to credit card)
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items and for receipt of returned items. We recommend delivery confirmation & insurance if returning
Personalized items & Customized orders are not returnable
Clearance Items are final
Chocolate and all other edible items are not returnable
Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable
All prices are in US Currency
Payments Accepted: Visa/MasterCard, Personal Check & Money Order
Personal Checks require 10 business days and clear before shipping
We ship out all in stock favors within 4-5 days
Most of our products are not intended for children (Please be aware that small items pose choking hazards)
Our products are for decoration only, not for consumption or cosmetic use (chocolates are the only exception)
Orders containing different designs may be shipped separately
Height measurements of handmade or potpourri favors are given from top of ribbon/twine (Width x Height x Depth)
Measurements of wedding favors are approximate (There may be some minor differences since some wedding favors are handmade)
Invitations, favors and personalized ribbons may be shipped separately
We reserved the right to make changes on our products and descriptions as well as shipping and handling costs.

We ship via usps for international orders, we try our best to estimate the cost of goods upon check-out, however, usps rates are different based on each countrie's zip codes, please email us with your full address to give you the best possible quote. All International orders placed on our website may or may not be assessed additional costs due to quantities and weights of an order if we are not contacted first for shipping quote.
