What are wedding favors?

           Wedding Favors are gifts you give out to your friends and family that come to your wedding.  They are meant to say thank you and be brought back to their homes, reminding them of your wonderful wedding.  Many people will get the wedding favors personalized, both for the beauty and rememberance.

What type of wedding favors should I get?

           There are so many wedding favors to choose from, getting the right one can seem overwhelming.  At Best Wedding Favors we categorized our favors in different themes, budgets, personalizations and more.    Many customers have chosen our accessories and made there own or did not have the time and had favors shipped ready to display.  After looking through our web site, if you still have questions we are available at our store from 10-6 Mon-Sat.  We have many years of experience to assist you in what you want.

How long does it take to ship favors?

           We carry almost all of our favors in the store and have them ready to ship in 4-5 business days.  We even personalize our own ribbons, instead of outsource these like most other companies, so we are able to ship personalized items in 4-5 business days as well.  Items that take longer to process and make are the invitations, personalized poker chips and playing cards (2-3 weeks).  Most of these have an option of rushing the order as well, just ask us and we will help (702-436-9955).

Can I return Personalized Favors?

           We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of personalized items, since once they are personalized, we are unable to use them.  We ask that you check your orders very carefully and make sure that the personalization is correct as well as the rest of the order.  On the other hand if we were ever to make an error, we stand behind our product 100% and will have a replacement out to you very quick. 

How do you tie Personalized Ribbons?

           We have a graphical demonstration of how to tie the personalized ribbons at:http://www.bestweddingfavors.com/ribbontie/RibbonTie.html.  If you do decide to do this yourself, please remember that the ribbons beauty is created by using a hot foil stamping process and is NOT permanent, so if the text is rubbed too hard this can wear off from the ribbon.  Additionally the ribbons are made of fabric and when you cut and rub the edges, this can cause the ribbons to fray.  We use quality ribbons to prevent this, but extra caution goes a long way in making the ribbons look great.  We also offer tying services for the ribbons, please visit our personalize ribbon pages for more details.
